RXN Peak Fitness
Focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and periodized strength programs in groups of 4-15 people. Our coaches use fun, energetic techniques that inspire you to get the most benefit out of your training experience. Our structure incorporates every fitness level, from first-timers, to former collegiate and professional athletes.
This is for the active adult (ages 16 and up) and participants need to meet minimum physical requirements by passing an initial assessment.

This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions. New users are encouraged to attend this session.
Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX suspension trainer workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body conditioning program. We set the time and reps, you set the intensity. All levels welcome!
A general athletic performance preparation program designed to teach children (7-11 years) basic athletic movement patterns: how to start, stop, jump, land, and change direction while improving overall conditioning and getting stronger in foundational movements.
RXN Sport Specific
This is training for the single or multi-sport 12-18 year old athlete, focusing on development and improvement of speed, explosiveness, agility, power, strength and proper mechanics to maximize performance and injury prevention. Each athlete will under go movement and sport specific assessments with participation to individualize training.
This is for the athlete already playing or getting ready to play at the intercollegiate level. Regardless of whether you are in college considering trying out for the team or you are a senior in high school and committed to playing intercollegiate athletics our College Prep program will get you ready.

High School Combine Prep
Combines are an opportunity for high school athletes to test their athleticism and showcase their abilities using a series of tests to measure their capability to perform on the field. Combines are used by college, professional coaches and scouts to assess potential players for their teams. Perfect technique and athleticism is expected, and if you’re not prepared, you may not perform at your best.
Our combine prep program focuses on improving performance and perfecting technique specifically for the standard events from the Nike SPARQ combines, Texas Football Showcase and any other high school combine which include the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, vertical jump, broad jump, and power ball toss.
